How it Works

We aim to stay competitive with the advertised pricing of most local and domestic retailers. To request a price adjustment, please Contact Our Team before completing your purchase.

• Proof of Pricing: Valid proof of the competitor’s current advertised price is required.

• Identical Match: The product must be brand new and an exact match (same manufacturer, model number, color, size, and quantity).

• Availability: The item must be currently in-stock at the competitor’s location or website at the time of the request.

• Total Cost Comparison: We compare the "landed cost," which includes the sale price plus shipping, handling, and applicable taxes.

• Post-Purchase Requests: If a price match is approved within 30 days of your original purchase, the difference will be issued as a Total Offroad E-gift card or store credit.

• Retail Variance: Please note that pricing may vary between our online catalog and physical retail locations.

Policy Exclusions

Our Price Match Guarantee does not apply to the following:

• Third-Party & Auction Sites: We do not match individual sellers or third-party marketplaces (e.g., eBay, Amazon, or Facebook Marketplace).

• Special Liquidations: Clearance, "Open Box," discontinued, refurbished, or liquidation sales.

• Wholesale & Clubs: Membership-only pricing (e.g., Costco) or wholesale-specific rates.

• Errors: Typographical or photographic errors in a competitor's advertisement.

• Taxes: We match the pre-tax price; we cannot override state or local sales tax to match a final total.

• Bundled Offers: Competitor prices resulting from their own price matches, or prices combined with rebates, coupons, or promotional "buy-one-get-one" offers.

• Illegitimate Sources: We will not match prices from known fraudulent or non-authorized dealer websites.
